Dear Potential Tenant,

We hope you have found this site informative and easy to use. We would like to continue improving this site and are ready to take on board any suggestions you might have, so please feel free to email us any of your thoughts.

How we work

We are a private family run agency with a desire to treat all our tenants with respect and honesty. We will not tell you the flat is a two bed, when really the second room is only a study, nor try and show you something that is not in your price range. We recognise that your time is quite precious. Whether you take a flat from us or not, (and a viewing carries no obligation to rent from us), we hope you will enjoy dealing with us.

Fees

We have an admin fee of £46 (incl VAT) per person

Deposits

Yes, this is important unfortunately, we take 6 weeks rent as a deposit (For penthouses we take 1.5 months or the equvalent of 6.5 weeks deposit, 1 month = 4.33 weeks).

Please note we never take deposits of less than 6 weeks. A deposit of 1 month is not possible, we are sorry.

References

Our standard references are:

• Proof of income
• Current landlord's reference
• Bank reference
• Proof of current residence
• Photo Id

This can be varied to accommodate individual situations, but we will need to be sure there is a good reason to ask for something different.

Viewing Times

• Weekdays: 9am - 8:00pm
• Saturdays  9am - 6:00pm

We will try and show you the flats you are interested in as soon as possible. However if a flat is currently occupied we will often need 24 hour's notice in order to get the permission from the current tenants.

Viewing Cancellations

We will never just not turn up to your viewing, if we have to change it, cancel it or delay it slightly we will always let you know. We would be grateful if you can offer us the same courtesy.
