Historic Heart, Dynamic Future
Founded in 1671, the Royal Arsenal was the country's most important centre for the manufacture and storage of military weapons and equipment.
Today, this historic site has been transformed into one of London's most exciting waterfront developments, offering enviable commuter links via the DLR and National Rail at Woolwich Arsenal and the more leisurely and picturesque river boat service on the Thames Clipper.
The already impressive travel options will be further enhanced with the arrival of Crossrail in 2018 with the station located on the Royal Arsenal development. Travel across London will give you a journey time of 8 minutes to Canary Wharf, 24 minutes to Paddington and just 47 minutes to Heathrow!
An immaculate modern flat with 'as new' fittings throughout, positioned on the fifth floor with views down the length of the internal landscaped courtyard.
The original specification of these flats was very good, the hallway has 'Karndean' flooring which is a good hard wearing floor and easy to clean, this continues through to the living room and kitchen area.
The living room has ample space for a sofa and small dining table. A sliding glazed door gives you access to the west facing balcony which is a nice amount of outside space for 'Alfresco dining'
To the rear of the living room is the modern kitchen with high gloss white units. The built in appliances include ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The double bedroom is a good size and has a built in double wardrobe for a practical amount of storage.
The luxury bathroom has a feel that is similar to that found in a high end London hotel, but it is just yours to enjoy! Fitted with white sanitary ware and chrome fittings, tiled floors and walls with built in vanity cupboards with mirrored fronts.
